"Where do I start?!... I don't know if it is the fact that I have transformed so many heads with this high quality natural looking hair. The amount of colors offered leaves me with endless custom colors to create. Or maybe it's the fact that you can manipulate it to any style. Or the fact that It last easily 6-8+ months unlike any other brands I've used with minimal shedding when properly taken care of. I could seriously go on and on.  hands down my favorite brand thus far!"

   Case by Case Instructions

Sleeping Instructions
We recommend that all hair-extension users sleep with one of the following, low braid, piggy tail braid or a low pony tail. Taking these precautionary steps will reduce the friction caused from tossing and turning during your sleep cycle.

Excessive Perspiration
Doing any activities that cause an excessive amount of perspiration is one of the main causes of tangling and matting. If you notice a tangle or slight knot, we recommend that you start from the inner side of your hair-extensions and work outwards.

**Detangling Instructions
Clipping half your hair in an up-do will allow you to work from the inside of your hair-extension and out. As you hold down the point of installation with one hand, use the other hand to brush from the mid shaft all the way down to your ends. Repeat until your entire head has been nicely brushed.

Tanning Lotion and Spray
Any contact with tanning lotion or spray may cause color alterations to your hair-extensions. Before visiting a tanning salon tie your hair in an up-do and using a plastic cap will help avoid direct contact.

Swimming
Prior to any contact with the ocean, lake, or chlorine water, we recommend damping your hair with water and a slight coat of conditioner. This will prevent your hair from soaking up harsh chemicals or minerals. Upon exiting the ocean, lake, or pool wash your hair in lukewarm water with a generous amount of deep conditioner.

BRUSHING INSTRUCTIONS
It is extremely important to understand that brushing is an essential part in maintaining the longevity of your hair-extensions. Since all brushes are not created equally, we highly recommend that all extension users brush with the Medusa's recommended brush.

Brushing your hair-extensions 3 times a day
in the morning
in-between lunch hours
in the afternoon

How to brush
Brush your hair-extensions while you hold down on the point of installation with one hand, use the other hand to brush from the mid shaft all the way down to your ends. Repeat as necessary

Remember
If you notice a tangle or slight knot, we strongly recommend that you start from the inner side of your hair-extensions and work outwards

- Hold down the point of installation with one hand
- Use the other hand to brush from the mid shaft all the way down to your ends

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Washing your hair has become something we do subconsciously, an instinctual thing at this point. However, let's keep in mind that something this basic still requires careful attention for a long lasting set of hair-extensions.

Prior to washing
Start by combing through your hair with a detangling brush. Brush in a vertical motion from the top shaft downward.

Shampoo Instructions
It is recommended that you wash your hair in the same current as the water flow.
- Avoid washing your hair in a sink, tub, or upside down
- Slowly wet your hair in the same current flow with lukewarm water
- Foam as much as you can prior to lathering the hydrating shampoo onto your hair
- Using your fingertips, later the foamed hydrating shampoo on your hair in a vertical motion

HAIR DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
It is always best to let your hair air dry. However, if you are in a time crunch and need to have your hair dried immediately, please note the following.

Blow-Drying
Holding the blow dryer from the topo, blow the air downward in a sweeping motion Repeat until your hair is dried.

Remember
Blow-drying your hair in a vertical motion from above will help achieve sleek straight hair Using a heat protectant spray will help to keep your hair healthy.

REMINDER+TIPS
These products are designed for licensed professionals; we strongly do not recommend attempt for installation or removal without seeking a licensed professional.
Braid Less Sew in/ Wefts (Non-Adhesive

Its suggested you visit your stylist every 5-6 weeks after initial installation. This will prevent the weft from hanging to far from the scalp exposing your own hair,  which leaves room for your brush to snag and tangle.

I-tip (non-adhesive)
It is suggested that every 4-6 weeks a certified professional slide up your I-tips up to two times in a 3-month span. This helps reduce tension and “pulling weight” contributed from the growth of your hair-extensions.

Tape-in (adhesive)
There is absolutely no heat required. Please allow 24 hours prior to any contact with water. Direct heat to the point of installation is not recommended. When you use any heating equipment for styling purposes, heat two inches below the point of installation.

Remember - With your beautifully installed hair-extension, we understand that it is extremely tempting to touch, toss, and glide your fingers through each strand of hair. However, being gentle on your hair-extensions will help you keep a long lasting set of hair-extensions. Keep in mind that any contact with tanning lotion or spray can cause color alterations to your extensions. Please allow 24 hours prior to any contact with water. Direct heat to the point of installation is not recommended. When you use any heating equipment for styling purposes heat two inches below the point of installation.
